Trained bartenders, mobile bars, and our own house production: fresh juices, ferments, infusions, and syrups made in-house. We work the whole island, from villa weddings in San José to brand activations in Marina Botafoch and private dinners in Santa Eulalia.

Trained bartenders

Two to twelve bartenders depending on guest count. Black uniform, fluent English and Spanish, briefed on your venue and timing two weeks before the event.

Mobile bar units

Modular bars in solid wood, brass, or matte black. Sized to your space: from intimate two-metre stations to ten-metre signature bars for brand activations.

Glassware and ice

Crystal coupes, rocks, highballs, and signature glassware from our rental catalogue. Block ice and clarified cubes prepared in our lab the morning of.

House-made mixers

Cold-pressed citrus, lacto-fermented cordials, syrups, shrubs, and tonics produced from scratch in our Cala de Bou lab. No commercial premixes.

Spirits and wine

Curated selection sourced through our partners. Mezcal, rum, gin, vermouths, sake, low-ABV options. Allergen and alcohol-free menus on request.

Setup, service, breakdown

We arrive three hours before service, leave the venue cleaner than we found it. Insurance, RC liability and licensing handled for the entire island.

Bartenders, not waiters with shakers.

Every Green Jar bartender comes from a working hospitality background: bars in Madrid, Buenos Aires, Lisbon, Berlin. They train weekly in our lab on technique, fermentation, and the season's drinks list. Service style is calm and editorial: the gesture matters as much as the recipe. We brief the team on your guest list, dietary notes, and timing two weeks before the event so the night feels rehearsed, not improvised.

FAQ

What clients ask before booking.

How far in advance should we book?

For July and August weddings, six to nine months. For shoulder season and private dinners, two to four weeks is usually enough. We hold dates with a 30% deposit.

Do you bring your own bar or use the venue's?

Both. For most weddings we bring a mobile bar built for the guest count. For venues with an existing bar, we can work it as your team or build a satellite station for a signature drink.

Can you work an alcohol-free or low-ABV event?

Yes. About a third of our weddings include a fully zero-proof menu in parallel. Our house ferments, shrubs, and infusions translate well to non-alcoholic drinks without feeling like a compromise.

What's the minimum guest count?

We service events from 20 guests up to 600. Below 20 we still take it as a private dinner format, typically a single bartender working a single signature menu.

Do you handle the licence and insurance?

Yes. We carry public liability (RC) insurance and sort the bar licensing for events across Ibiza and Formentera. Your venue or planner can ask for the paperwork ahead of the date.

Do you source the drinks, or do we?

We do. Spirits, wine and everything behind the bar come through our suppliers, matched to the menu we design with you. If you want a particular bottle or a family wine on the bar, we build around it.

How does pricing work?

Every event is quoted on its own. The figure depends on guest count, the menu, how long the bar runs and how many bartenders the night needs. After a short call we send one closed price for the whole service, so you know the cost before the day.

Can we have a signature cocktail?

Yes, and most couples do. We build one or two drinks around your story and what's in season on the island, then you taste them before the date and we adjust until they're right.

What do you need from the venue?

Not much. A level spot for the bar, water within reach, and power if we're running refrigeration or blenders. For off-grid fincas, tell us early and we bring our own. We confirm the setup with your planner two weeks out.
