Liquid pairing, not just wine.

We design cocktails to accompany the menu, course by course. We work with your chef or, if we're given the dishes, propose aromatic profiles with technical reasoning. The intention is for each cocktail to lift or anchor the dish it sits with.

Total discretion.

Dinners for 8 to 40 guests. The team is minimal, one or two bartenders, staying in the background and letting the conversation breathe. Service without interruption, presentation without unnecessary theatre.

No bar set up? No problem.

We bring a portable wooden bar to your villa or private home. Full setup in under 90 minutes, breakdown without a trace. We just need a water point and a standard plug.

  • Minimal team (1 bartender up to 20 guests, +1 from 25)

We review the details with you: final cocktail selection, bar style, staff attire, ambience. No surprises on the day.

Frequently asked questions

No. We do liquid only, that's our specialty. If you need a private chef, we recommend collaborators we've already worked with and whose timing and technique we know well.

Constantly. We've collaborated with private chefs, hotel catering and restaurants that close their venue for private groups. We coordinate electrical rider, course timing and transitions with anyone.

Yes. We bring a portable wooden bar, an under-counter fridge and full glassware. In 90 minutes everything is ready to serve. We leave the space identical when we break down.

For 8-15 guests, 1 bartender. For 15-25, 1 bartender + 1 barback. From 25 guests, scaled team. The basic rule is 1 person at the bar per 15 guests served simultaneously.

For formal dinners, 6 guests. Below 6 we recommend a simplified service (one cocktail + wine) or that a local bar handles it, it's not efficient for us nor reasonable for you.
