We work the opposite of volume. Bar catering in Ibiza for a handful of events a year: we don't accept just any booking. We study every celebration, design its liquid language, and sign each cocktail as a one-off.

Frequently asked

What both sides usually want to know before we start.

How does it work from first contact to the event?

We receive your enquiry and book a 30-minute call to understand the event, venue, guest count, date, service moment. Within 48-72 hours you get a closed proposal with suggested package and pricing. We confirm the booking with a 30% deposit and block the date. Fifteen days before the event we have a second call to fine-tune the menu and final logistics.

Do you cover the whole island or only specific areas?

We cover the whole island, from villas in Es Cubells to fincas in Santa Gertrudis or yachts in Marina Botafoch. For Formentera we work with prior coordination because of the ferry logistics. Events with restricted access (paths not reachable by van, anchored yachts) we quote specifically.

What happens if it rains or I need to change the date?

If you have an alternative date within the following 12 months, we reschedule at no cost. If cancellation is definitive, the standard policy applies: more than 14 days notice → full deposit refund; between 14 and 7 days → 50% retained; less than 7 days → 100% retained. For force majeure (natural disaster, administrative ban) rescheduling is always free.

Do you carry public liability insurance?

Yes. We operate with professional public liability insurance covering the service during the event. Some venues additionally require the client to carry their own event public liability insurance, if you need it, we point you to the policies that are standard in Ibiza.

How many bartenders and staff per event?

The industry standard would be one bartender per 50 guests. We never send a single bartender; the minimum team is two people, even for groups of up to 30 guests. Beyond that we size the team around each event: its format, its logistics and all its particulars. We add a runner, a glass cleaner, barbacks and more bartenders whenever they are needed, so the bar is never short-handed. We bring the staff the event calls for, and the closed proposal always details the exact team. In our service, we don't rush, we dance.

Do you handle special diets, allergies or zero-proof menus?

Yes, and we always recommend it. We design parallel low-ABV or full zero-proof menus (not "courtesy mocktails") that run alongside the main one. For severe allergies we work with the catering kitchen to ensure traceability. We need to know in the second call (15 days before) so we can prepare gluten-free, sugar-free or nut-free bases as needed.
